STAGES OF IMPLEMENTATION
PHASE 1
The information gathering is carried out, a diagnosis of the current situation of the company is carried out and projects and budgets are prepared.
PHASE 2
Manuals, procedures, formats, etc. are developed. Everything necessary for the staff to carry out their activities correctly. In this stage, the processes are optimized if necessary.
PHASE 3
Staff are trained on the new way of doing things. Internal auditors are trained when applicable and training is carried out on the Standard that is being implemented.
PHASE 4
Regular reviews and internal audits are performed to ensure that implementations are taking place. It is verified if it is necessary to make changes and the first measurements of the company are obtained.
