Certified Public Accountant and Certified Tax Professional, graduated from the Universidad Panamericana. He studied the specialty in taxes at the same institution. Currently, he is the managing partner and founder of Gudiño Casas, S.C.
From 1997 to 2006 he collaborated in an international firm where he served in the tax area, holding his last post as Senior Manager.
He has published several articles in magazines and journals specialized in taxation. In the academic field he has held the Chair on Income Tax at the Escuela Bancaria y Comercial for three years.
Mr. Gudiño is also a member of::
Bachelor´s Degree in Law. She graduated from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México with a specialty in Tax Law.
Currently she is specializing in Business Law at the same institution, and is responsible for the Legal Area at Gudiño Casas S.C.
She also has extensive background in Business Law, Intellectual Property Law, Federal Labor Law and Corporate Law. She collaborated at Arlos Advisors as a Corporate Attorney.
XCertified Public Accountant. A graduate from Instituto Mexicano de Contadores Públicos. With more than fifteen years of professional experience, providing audit services of financial statements, tax advice and tax services. He also has a background in tax, auditing and financial reporting standards. Currently holds the Audits Manager position at Gudiño Casas S.C. and is a member of the Colegio de Contadores Públicos de Mexico.
XPublic Accountant. Graduated from the Universidad Panamericana. Currently she is the Tax Area Manager at Gudiño Casas S.C. in Mexico City.
She specialized in taxes and has over ten years of experience advising public and private companies regarding federal tax implications arising from their operations in Mexico.
Her practice focuses on federal and international taxation, including mergers, cross-border acquisitions and joint ventures, investments in Mexico, as well as the structuring and implementation of collective investment vehicles (such as private equity funds) managed by Mexican and foreign investors.
Knowledgable in the area of heritage, developing structures as well as helping taxpayers to regularize their tax status.
XPublic Accountant. Graduated from IPN at the ESCA Santo Tomás Campus.
Currently, an Area Manager for Business Development at Gudiño Casas SC.
Participating constantly in programs and update workshops such as: Electronic Accounting.; Course for the Operation of the ADMINPAQ program, as well as management of the spreadsheet; Workshop for calculating interim payments and annual reports of income tax and flat tax in Colegio de Contadores Públicos de Mexico workshop for the management of the new platform of the SAT; Reporting of Income Tax by Companies workshop; Tax reforms.
XPublic Accountant graduated from the Escuela Bancaria Comercial; currently an Area Manager of Business Development at Gudiño Casas S.C. Mexico City. He has served as Accounting Manager, Inventories Manager, Finance and Administration Manager and also as a Senior Auditor. He holds a degree in Accounting and Auditing from the Escuela Bancaria Comercial.
XCertified Public Accountant specializing in Taxes from UP - IPN. Currently, a Manager in the area of Business Development in the city of Mexico. During her career, she has held positions in the accounting, auditing and tax areas; a supervisor at Salles Sainz Grant Thornton; Ongoing education on e-invoicing, tax updates and COFIDE electronic accounting courses.
XDegree of Administration from Universidad Anahuac.
Currently, Manager of Human Talent at Gudiño Casas S.C. He has worked in the areas of sales and administration; business implementations and Inventory systems.
XPublic Accountant, graduated from the Escuela Superior de Comercio y Administración, Tepepan Campus.
Currently he holds a position as Tax Advisor and Tax Manager at Gudiño Casas S.C., in our Monterrey Office.
He collaborated at PwC where he served as a Tax Manager and has published several articles on Tax issues in specialized journals.

Holds a specialty in taxes by the Escuela Bancaria y Comercial; also on International Taxation from the Universidad Panamericana; She has served as a Tax Deputy Director for Actinver Financial Group; also as Tax Vice President at Barclays Bank México and has collaborated for KPMG and PwC in the taxation areas.
XCertified Public Accountant. Graduated from the Instituto Politécnico Nacional , also holds a degree as a Technical in Financial Accounting and Tax from the Colegio Nacional de Educación Profesional Técnica Nezahualcóyotl III.
In his professional career he has held different positions in accounting, audit and tax areas. He is currently responsible for the Tax Area at Gudiño Casas S.C. in our Queretaro Office.
